Short Description:

TPO induction plates is 3.12″ (79.2 mm) round G-90 steel plate with a flat bonding surface of proprietary TPO or PVC adhesive coating. Utilizing induction weld technology, TPO induction plates simultaneously fastens the insulation and membrane.

TPO Induction Plates are specially-coated Galvalume plates
Used as part of a non-penetrating TPO Roofing System.
The induction welding process is highly efficient, resulting in streamlined commercial roofing installations.
TPO Induction Plates are designed to be used with induction welding tools (by others) that produce focused heat, so that energy is concentrated, and a quality weld is assured.

Applications
TPO Induction Plates are designed to attach insulation board to roof deck and provide a non-penetrating mechanical attachment of single-ply membranes using an induction-welded bond to the plate. These plates can be used with wood, steel, or structural concrete roof decks.
